Mantafin Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mantafin, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Mantafin. If you use Mantafin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Mantafin. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, sessions, devices, and browser profile. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Mantafin uses WorkOS AuthKit and related authentication services to manage hosted login, signup, browser sessions, and access tokens. If you choose Google sign-in through WorkOS, Google account identity such as your name, email address, profile image if provided, and authentication identifiers may be used to create or identify your Mantafin account, authenticate your session, secure access, prevent abuse, and provide account support. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

Mantafin may offer free, trial, Plus, Pro, or other plans. Paid subscriptions, trials, payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are processed through Stripe. The frontend does not process card data directly.

• Paid plan access begins only after Mantafin confirms billing and account status through the backend.
• If you cancel a paid subscription, access may continue until the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Plan changes, cancellations, invoices, and billing management may be handled through Stripe Customer Portal.
• Usage credits, request limits, feature access, and billing terms may vary by plan and may change over time.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

Mantafin provides financial data, analytics, screeners, charts, portfolio backtests, fund information, and research tools for informational and educational purposes only. Mantafin is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, tax adviser, law firm, exchange, custodian, bank, or trading platform.

Mantafin does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing in Mantafin is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, fund, asset, strategy, or financial product. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Financial information may come from third-party data providers, public filings, exchanges, issuer sources, estimates, calculated analytics, and other sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, stale, adjusted, revised, or unavailable.

Backtests and analytics are hypothetical, depend on assumptions and data quality, and do not predict future results. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. You should independently verify all information before relying on it.

Mantafin may be accessible through APIs, GPT Actions, MCP-connected clients, ChatGPT, or other external tools. When you invoke a connected action, relevant prompts, parameters, symbols, filters, portfolio inputs, and authentication information may be sent to Mantafin so we can perform the requested action.

You are responsible for reviewing any action before approving it in the external client. We are not responsible for the external client's interface, policies, model outputs, downtime, or handling of information outside Mantafin.

Some Mantafin features store information locally in your browser, including saved portfolio backtests, cached API payloads, UI preferences, and table settings. Local browser data may not be synced to Mantafin servers and may be lost if you clear browser data, use private browsing, switch devices, or lose access to your browser profile.

You agree not to misuse Mantafin. You may not:

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or market-data restrictions.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, billing, usage limits, rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Scrape, bulk-download, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Mantafin data or outputs except as expressly permitted.
• Use automated systems to overload, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt Mantafin or its providers.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Use Mantafin to provide regulated investment advice, brokerage, custody, trade execution, or financial services unless you are properly licensed and solely responsible for compliance.
• Share account credentials or access tokens with unauthorized users.

Mantafin and its software, design, interfaces, charts, branding, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by Finnch Inc. or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Mantafin for your personal or internal business research purposes.

You retain rights in content and inputs you provide, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, secure, and improve Mantafin and provide requested outputs.

Mantafin relies on third-party services, including authentication, billing, hosting, infrastructure, logging, monitoring, analytics, support, financial-data, and external-client providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Mantafin is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Mantafin at any time. Features may be experimental, unavailable, inaccurate, rate-limited, or changed without notice. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, exceeded permitted use, or if required by law or provider restrictions. You may stop using Mantafin at any time. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, ownership, and dispute terms, survive termination.

Mantafin is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Mantafin will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that data or outputs will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finnch Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for trading losses, investment losses, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Mantafin will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Mantafin in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finnch Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Mantafin, your violation of these Terms, your content or inputs, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
